In Memory of the Most Beloved Person and Wonderful Woman

Lynne was born Nov. 26, 1935 in Hammond, IN. Lynne lived an extraordinary life.

She was an airline stewardess, the Miss Peter Pan Peanut Butter official delegate, a world traveler, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and good friend to many.

She possessed a superb aptitude and gift for interior design and conceived the designs for many hotel lobbies, and homes throughout the United States and the Bahamas.

Everyone who met Lynne adored her. She was quick witted and well read, with a remarkable sense of humor. She had the most interesting stories gathered from her extensive travels and life experiences. She had boundless wisdom which she was always ready to share with others upon their request. She possessed an astuteness and perception which was beyond compare.

Lynne was very socially and actively involved admirably in her community. She was an expert event planner always bringing creative ideas and dazzling suggestions to the table.

Lynne was always very charitable with not only her money but her time as well. Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The presence of Lynne Allen Ruffin in this world is dearly missed.

You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
